An Innovative Solution...
One of our business consultants was hired to pose as an "undercover" new hire in an organization to attend the new hire orientation and actually work in the factory. The organization was having a large number of individuals who did not complete orientation. Our objective was to evaluate the new hire orientation training and give follow up on possible solutions to prevent dropout after considerable training dollars had been invested in the new employee.

After completing the new hire orientation, our business consultant was able to offer concrete action steps that helped in identifying the existing problems.

WorkForce Essentials then assisted the trainers in re-designing the new hiring orientation program to benefit both the company and the new employee.
