Jobs For Tennessee Graduates

WorkForce Essentials' history with Jobs for Tennessee Graduates (JTG) of Williamson County began in 1997. Created in cooperation with the Williamson County School System, the program helps selected high school students graduate and better prepares them for the realities of the workplace. Based upon its success, Houston, Cheatham, & Robertson County School Systems joined our North Central TN JTG program partnership to offer its students and business community access to Jobs for Tennessee Graduates.

As our American economy shifts from industrial to service and high technology businesses, students cannot afford to drop out of school. Many high school graduates also need help in making a successful transition to the job market.
