"TEEN - HWY" is a non-threatening way of monitoring the driving habits of the new driver in your family. This nationwide program is available at a cost of $45.00 for one full year of monitoring. The system uses a bumper sticker that can be placed on the new driver's automobile. Each bumper sticker has an identification number and a toll free number so other drivers on the road can make call-in reports on good and not-so-good driving habits. All calls are carefully screened and a report is sent to the new driver's sponsor within three working days.
